Ham’s F10 Solution

Ham’s F10 Solution, also known as Ham’s F-10 Nutrient Mixture, is a cell culture medium designed for the cultivation of various mammalian cells in vitro. It is a modification of Eagle’s Basal Medium and contains a mixture of essential nutrients, vitamins, inorganic salts, and glucose to support cell growth and proliferation.
