Our Milestones
Since our inception in 1976, our obsession with custom satisfaction, expertise in sterile-filled biologics and flexibility through customization has been the catalyst of our growth.
1976
Biologos started in Naperville, IL selling sterile-filtered horse serum out of a 400 sq. ft. lab with a single laminar flow hood.
1980
Biologos moved into a 3,000 sq. ft. manufacturing building with an upgraded water system, air flow room and laminar flow hood.
1998
Biologos relocated to Montgomery, IL into a facility with a 9,000 square-foot clean room, ultra pure water system, USDA inspected, ISO 9000, sterile conditions down to class 100.
2012
Biologos becomes a supplier to organ transplant companies due to market needfor sterilization.
2016
Evolve Capital acquired Biologos from its founders.
2023
Biologos relocated to a state-of-the-art 32,000 sq. ft. facility in Glendale Heights, IL.
2024
Ampersand Capital Partners acquired Biologos.
